摘 要:为了解决在恶劣工业加工环境下搬运机器人的控制问题,减少现场操作对操作人员造成伤害,本研究采用PLC做为控制主机,并运用无线遥控技术设计出一款基于无线遥控开关的搬运机器人控制装置,以单片机为核心,外加调频收发电路、继电器驱动等电路组成,该装置可对正常的生产加工过程进行无线遥控。改变了传统控制的操控方式,提高了搬运机器人操作及控制的安全性,扩大了装置的使用范围,同时使搬运机器人的控制不受时间和空间的限制,大大提高的工业生产效率,增加了工业企业的产值。In order to solve the bad handling robot control problem of the industrial processing environment, reduce the site operation cause harm to the operator, this research uses PLC as control host, combined with the use of wireless remote control technology, a handling robot based on wireless remote switch control device is designed. It is with 51 single-chip microcomputer as the core, plus FM closed circuit, relay drive circuit composition and so on. The device can wireless remote control to the normal production process. The traditional control mode of control is changed, the security of the handling robot operation and control is improved, it enlarges the using range of the device, at the same time makes the handling of the robot control is not limited by time and space, greatly improves the efficiency of industrial production, increases the output value of the industrial enterprises.
