论新建本科院校内涵发展的核心要素——从保山学院内涵升本角度的探讨

摘　　要：在保山学院的新建时期,从外延和内涵发展并重转向内涵发展,是实现转型升级的必然选择。内涵建设,实质是学校核心竞争力的培育与提升。识别与确认影响核心竞争力的构成要素,是进行内涵建设的前提。学校的类型层次不同,成长处于不同阶段,使其核心竞争力的构成要素具有独特性,存在于大学制度、学科专业成长机制和学校文化三个方面。学校应立足自身办学实际,遵循新建期的发展规律,采取适宜的培育方法,积极探索自己的内涵发展之路,才能形成竞争优势,在服务地方经济社会发展中继续做出贡献。In the new development era of Baoshan University, it is an inevitable choice to shift from an extension development mode into a connotation development mode. The essence of con-notation development is the improvement of core competitiveness of a university, and the prem-ise of which is to identify the factors of core competitiveness. These factors are different from university to university owing to the different types and development stages of universities, and they mainly exist in the system, the mechanism of discipline development, and culture of a uni-versity. The university should follow the law of development, adopt proper development mode based on its reality, and actively explore a connotation development route, so as to form its own competitive advantage and better serve the local social and economic development.
