摘　　要：高等职业教育为地方经济建设和社会发展做出了很大贡献,但是高职人才培养与社会市场需求并不完全匹配,面临毕业生就业难等问题。调研广东近年来证券投资理财专业人才供需状况,结果表明供需存在结构性差距,在分析供需矛盾后,以适应市场需求为基础提出解决供需矛盾、缓解供需差距的建议,即培育就业源、合理控制招生规模、改善人才培养质量、寻找新的就业方向。Higher vocational education has made great contributions to the local economic construction and social development, but the talent training and social market demand is not completely matched. The paper researched situation of securities investment professional talent supply and demand in the Guangdong. The results showed that supply and demand has structural gap, then proposed to resolve the contradiction between supply and demand and to ease the gap between supply and demand in order to adapt to the market demand by analyzing the contradiction, which is to cultivate the source of employment, to control the scale of enrollment, to improve the quality of personnel training, and to lookfor new job orientation.
