摘　　要：青年教师是民办高校的生力军。但青年教师的科研能力并不尽如人意。提高教师科研能力有着重要的现实意义。应在继续教育中培养民办高校青年教师科研能力,包括:强化认识,提高兴趣;精心设置培训内容;理论结合实际,提高动手能力。Young teacher is a force of Private university. But the young teachers＇ research ability is low. It is important to improve teachers＇ research ability. Research ability of young teachers in private universities should be cultivated in continuous education,such as strengthening awareness,improving interest; carefully setting training content; combining of theory and practice,improving practical ability.
