摘　　要：对于我国高校大学英语教师供不应求,无法保证高质量的教学素质,在我校专职大学英语教师的带领之下,本项目着重研究大学英语教师资源的合理化体系构建,希望大学英语教师资源的开发与合理利用将为把本校的大学英语课程建设成省级精品课程奠定基础,并为省内同类院校的大学英语课程建设提供可借鉴的经验。解决以下几个问题,进一步利用局域网进行听说训练;设立教师授课资源、精品课程以及网络学习课件,网络辅导和作业系统;见了适应网络学习的动态管理的教学系统。College English language teachers in colleges and universities are in short supply. And there is no guarantee that the teaching quality of high quality. Under the lead of full- time college English teachers in our school,this project focuses on college English teachers＇ resources rationalization of system construction,and hope their development and reasonable utilization of resources will be our university English course construction as provincial excellent courses. And it can provide referential experiences for college English curriculum construction in similar colleges and universities. We solve the following questions,using local area network（ LAN） to further listening training; set up teachers and excellent teaching resources and online learning courseware,Internet counseling and operating system; and see the dynamic management system of teaching to adapt to the network learning.
