摘　　要：刑事速裁改革试点过程中,审级制度是理论和实践关注讨论的焦点。速裁判决的上诉权利保障和二审审查范围是刑事速裁审级制度建设过程应当思考的关键内容。国外在刑事案件简易化方面有着成熟的实践经验,参考国外成熟经验,结合中国的实际,对刑事速裁审级制度提出建议。In the process of the pilot of criminal expeditious procedure, trial grade systemthe is the focus of the discussion on the theory and practice. The protection of the right of appeal for the judgment and the scope of the second instance review is the key content during the construction process of the judicial hierarchy of criminal triM. Simplification of criminal cases has mature practical experience in foreign countries. This paper proposes the sug- gestions of the judicial hierarchy of criminal trial drawing on the experience of foreign mature experience combin- ing with the reality of China.
