胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤患者的多层螺旋CT诊断

摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(Msct)在胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤(SPTP)患者中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析7例女性患者,平均年龄28岁,经术后病理验证的SPTP患者的临床资料和螺旋CT征象,所有患者均具备平扫和三期增强扫描资料。结果:CT征象表现为患者单发,带包膜的囊实性包块;CT增强扫描,实性部分动脉期表现为轻度强化,门脉期和延迟期表现为渐进性强化,仅1例患者动脉期显著强化。结论:胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤患者螺旋CT平扫和增强扫描有典型特征性,绝大多数患者可在术前提供提示诊断信息。Objective： To analyze diagnosis value of multislice spiral computed tomography （ Msct） in solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas（ SPTP） . Methods：Clinical and Msct data of 7 SPTP patients were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were female, and the average age was 28 years old. Plain scan and triple-phase spiral CT scan were performed in the 7 patients, confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results： CT showed that all cases were single tumor, and cystic solid mass with envelope. Enhanced CT showed that solid part is enhanced slightly during arterial phase, gradually enhanced during portal venous phase and delayed phase, and enhanced obviously during arterial phasein only one case. Conclusions：SPTP has specific findings in plain scan and triple-phase spiral CT scan. Most of them can be diagnosed before surgery.
