摘　　要：国家认定的"非遗"是中华民族历史记忆中熔铸了民族智慧和经验的重要文化符号。河西宝卷是彰显"走廊文明"和河西民间生态的"非遗"形式之一,其文本含蕴了河西人民的关怀伦理和价值诉求;宝卷活动体现了河西人民传承中华经验的"自组织"形式。作为陶冶精神和滋养宗亲惯习的资源,作为河西文化的主要组成部分,河西宝卷活动演绎了河西大地的民风、民俗和文化仪式,积淀了济世立人的民间智慧。对河西宝卷这类"非遗"的保护不应仅以其经济实用性来决定保护的力度,还应侧重其对民众文化心理的滋养和理想预期的认同与肯定。Tlae intangible cultural heritages （abt ICH below） identified by the state are importantetiltxiral symbolsreeoncilingthe wisdom and experience of Chinese people in the historical memory of theChinese national.The scriptures popular in the areaof HexiCorridoris one of the formsof the ICHto manifesteivilizationaiid folklore of the corxidor.TIxe scrifititres ernbody moral principles and social values in theself-organized form to passes the life experiences of people there. As amajor component of the Hexi cultureand resource to cultivate mental and spiritual development and maintain the relationship of clans, ittraditionally sings folk customs and eiiltural rites with wisdoms of benefiting society and cultivating peojjle.The protection and conservation of the scriptures jjojjtxlar in the areaof HexiCorridor should be strengthenednot merely because of economic profits it brings, but also because of its nourishment of folk culturalmentality and expected ideal veueratioiiit offers.
