摘　　要：目的:探讨PAK6在结肠癌组织中的表达水平及生物学意义。方法:应用组织芯片结合免疫组化技术检测41例结肠癌及9例正常的结肠组织芯片中PAK6表达情况。采用siRNA技术干扰结肠癌细胞系SW480中PAK6表达,观察对结肠癌细胞侵袭能力的影响。结果:PAK6在结肠癌中高表达率为80.5%(33/41),高于正常组织22.2%(2/9),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);siRNA干扰结肠癌细胞系SW480中PAK6表达明显抑制了结肠癌细胞的侵袭能力。结论:PAK6在结肠癌中呈高表达,可能与结肠癌的发生发展有关。Objective ：Preliminary study on the expression level and biological significance of PAK 6 in colon carcinoma . Methods：The expression of PAK6 in 41 cases of colon cancer and 9 normal colon tissues were detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry .The invasion ability of PAK6 to colon cancer cells was observed by siRNA technology of using SW480 interfering the expression of it .Results ：The high expression rate of PAK6 in colon cancer was 80.5% （33/41） , higher than that in normal tissue 22.2% （2/9） ,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .PAK6 promotes The invasive ability of colon cancer was obviously inhibited by siRNA technology of using SW 480 interference .Conclusion ：PAK6 is highly expressed in colon cancer ,which may be related to the occurrence and development of colon cancer .
