摘　　要：分析了政治理想与社会现实的矛盾对孔子的困扰,但坚定的政治理想和信念是孔子不变的追求,不放弃、不气馁、持之以恒、躬身实践,集中体现了孔子在政治理想实践中的人格魅力,对后世起着启迪和教育作用。The contradiction between political ideal and the reality of the society puzzled Confucius deep-ly ,but strong political ideal and faith ,which are the pursuit of Confucius remaining the same .Never giving up,never discouragment ,constancy and devoting to practice ,which reflected the personality charm of Con-fucius in the political ideal practice .For the later,people will get an enlightening and education function from it.
