摘  要:采用EB-PVD沉积了3.5%Y_2O_3-La_2(Zr_(0.7)Ce_(0.3))_2O_7(3.5YLZ7C3)/YSZ双陶瓷热障涂层,分析了涂层的成分、相结构、组织形貌和热循环氧化性能。研究表明:La_2(Zr_(0.7)Ce_(0.3))_2O_7(LZ7C3)材料中掺杂Y_2O_3能有效地降低涂层中La2O3/Zr O_2/Ce O_2的成分偏差;双陶瓷涂层在1050℃下氧化增重动力学为M=0.1219t1/3,相比抛物线型YSZ涂层的氧化增重曲线,较大减缓了氧化速度;沉积态双陶瓷涂层表面结构(即3.5Y-LZ7C3涂层结构)为烧绿石结构,经过热循环后逐渐分解,出现了萤石结构以及La_2O_3的衍射峰;在1050℃双陶瓷层热循环氧化寿命达768 h。Double layer coating 3.5%Y_2O_3-La_2(Zr_(0.7)Ce_(0.3))_2O_7(3.5YLZ7C3)/YSZ is deposited by electron beam physical vapor deposition. The composition, crystal structure, morphology and isothermal oxidation behavior of the double layer coating are studied. The results show that Y_2O_3 doped La2(Zr0.7Ce0.3)2O7/LZ7C3/decreases obviously the deviation of stoichiometric compositions La2O3/ZrO_2/CeO_2 of the coating. Compared with usual parabolic curve of YSZ, oxidation kinetic curve of the double layer coating can be expressed by M=0.1219t1/3, which indicates that the double layer coating might decrease the rate of oxidation gain. the surface phase structure of as-deposited double layer coating(it means the phase structure of 3.5YLZ7C3) is pyrochlore. And after thermal cycles, the diffraction peaks of fluorite and La_2O_3 are observed from the XRD patterns. Thermal cycles life of the double layer coating reach to 768 h at 1050℃.
