摘　　要：德宏高职教育起步晚,发展滞后,如何结合实际,重新梳理办学定位、人才培养目标、课程结构体系,融入文化理念,内涵发展,提升办学水平,紧跟"十三五"国家对高职教育发展目标,构建现代职业教育体系,实现跨越式发展,缩小与发达地区高职教育的差距。Dehong vocational education started late, development lags behind, so it is urgent to consider how to combine the actual to renew school-running orientation＇s objective of talents training, course structure system, and to integrate into the cultural concept, to develop connotatively, to enhance the level of school-running, to follow the national goal of higher vocational education development in the ＂Thirteenth Five-year Plans ＂,to build modern vocational education system and realize leap-forward development, to narrow the gap with the higher vocational education the developed areas.
