摘　　要：将强调"以学生为主体"的建构主义理论应用于《医学免疫学》教学实践,转换课堂教学模式,搭建网络教育平台,采用综合性评价考核体系,激发学生的学习热情,培养其自主学习能力,提升教学效果。To cultivate the autonomous learning abilities of undergraduates, constrnctivism theory is applied to the teaching practice of medical immunology. The teaching reform includes transformation of teaching mode, utilization of network education platform and addition of formative evaluation. Practice indicates that the new teaching frame effectively arouses students＇ enthusiasm for knowledge, cultivates their autonomous learning consciousness and abilities, and thereby improves the teaching quality.
