基于校企协同育人的双师工作室建设探究

摘　　要：双师工作室是由专业骨干教师和企业专家合作组建的新型教师工作室。在对广州铁路职业技术学院双师工作室建设实证分析的基础上,探讨了双师工作室构建模式,其作为教学平台、教师专业化发展平台以及技能竞赛培育平台的具体实践。从建立专业建设长效机制、加强双师工作室管理与制度建设、将现代学徒制嵌入双师工作室建设等方面提出了推进双师工作室建设的对策与建议。Studio of Double Qualified Teachers is a new type of teachers’ studio which is made up of core teachers of the major and enterprise experts. Based on the empirical analysis of the studio in Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology,the paper discusses the construction mode of Studio of Double Qualified Teachers and the practice of the studio used as a teaching platform,a teachers’ professional development platform and a cultivation platform of skills competition. It puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the construction of Studio of Double Qualified Teachers from establishing the long-term mechanism of major construction and strengthening the management of it and its system construction.
