持续护理质量改进在小儿内分泌科护理工作中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的对内分泌护理过程中应用持续护理质量改进所取得的效果进行分析。方法将2014年10月—2015年9月期间来该院内分泌科进行诊治的172例患儿确定为研究对象,以随机方式将全部患儿划成观察组与对照组（各86例）,对照组患儿实施的是常规护理方法,观察组患儿除了采取常规护理方法之外,还实施了持续护理质量改进,然后将对两组患儿的护理满意度与护理质量情况做分析与对比。结果经过1个月的持续护理质量改进,观察组患儿的患者管理、病管理、及护理文书书写与消毒隔离的评分依次是（98.86±1.4）、（93.12±1.6）、（91.93±1.7）和（86.91±4.6）分,显著高于对照组,护理质量得到了大大的改善;观察组和对照组患儿的护理总满意率分别为98.9（85/86）和89.5%（77/86）,该两组患儿的护理满意度对比,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=5.182,P〈0.05）。结论将持续护理质量改进应用于内分泌科患儿的护理过程中,能够大大的提升护理工作的满意度与质量,取得了明显的护理效果,并使内分泌护理工作更加完善。Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing quality improvement on the application of continuous nursing quality. Methods During September October 2014 to 2015 to endocrine Department of our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of 172 cases of patients identified as the research object, in a random manner will be all of the patients were divided into observation group and control group（86 cases in each）, control group underwent conventional care methods, patients in the observation group in addition to adopted the routine nursing, but also the implementation of the nursing quality continuously improved, then nursing satisfaction and quality of two groups of patients do analysis and comparison. Results After 1 month of continuous nursing quality improvement, observed score of patients with management, disease management,and nursing documents writing and disinfection and isolation is in turn（98.86 ±1.4）,（93.12±1.6）,（91.93±1.7） and（86.91±4.6） points, significantly higher than that of control group, nursing quality has been greatly improved; the observation group and the control group of patients with nursing satisfaction rate were 98.9 85/86 89.5% 77/86, compared the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients, exists the obvious（χ~2=5.182, P〈 0.05） difference, with statistical significance. Conclusion Continuous nursing quality improvement and application in the nursing process of patients of Endocrinology Department,can greatly improve the satisfaction and quality of nursing work, and achieved obvious effect of nursing, and endocrinology nursing work more perfect.
