武陵山片区城镇化与生态环境响应的计量分析——以湘西自治州为例

摘　　要：以武陵山片区湘西自治州为研究对象,通过建立指标体系,运用主成分分析、VAR模型的脉冲响应函数和方差分解等方法,对该地区的城镇化综合水平和生态环境综合质量及其分量进行测算,并进一步探讨了城镇化和生态环境响应的动态计量关系,结果表明:1湘西自治州目前以人口城镇化和经济城镇化为主,且城镇化与经济增长演变过程表现出良好的耦合态势,而生态环境综合质量及其分量皆呈现出各自变化的特征;2城镇化进程的生态环境响应主要为压力响应和保护响应,状态响应并不明显;3城镇化对生态环境综合质量和生态环境压力的冲击作用都从负向效应转向正向效应,而对生态环境保护具有持持续的正向效应,在目前发展进程中,城镇化对生态环境的正向作用远大于生态环境对其的反作用。Taking Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture in the Wuling Mountain Area as the research object, this paper, through the establishment of index system and using principal component analysis, VAR model, impulse response function and variance decomposition methods, has estimated the comprehensive level of urbanization and ecological environment and its components, and further discusses the dynamic econometric relationship between urbanization and ecological environment response. The results show that： （1） the process of urbanization in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture are mainly to population urbanization, economy urbanization, and its urbanization and economic growth showed good coupling situation. Meanwhile, ecological environment comprehensive quality and its components revealed changes in their respective characteristics; （2） the response of ecological environment, in the process of urbanization, is mainly the pressure and the protective response, and the state response is not obvious; （3） urbanization＇ s impact on comprehensive index and pressure index of the ecological environment are from negative effect to the positive, but on protective index has to sustained positive effect. We also found that urbanization positive effect on the ecological environment is far greater than the ecological environment of the reaction at present.
