摘 要:航空发动机厂所协同制造模式是发动机研制的一项管理模式,具有广阔的应用前景。文章首先指出传统航空发动机制造模式已无法满足科研生产需要,然后介绍厂所协同制造模式优势,通过设计制造人员建立COE组织,采用信息化手段构建厂所协同制造工作平台,并以涡轮盘为应用研究对象,解决设计和制造遇到的锻件结构研制问题,达到提高航空发动机产品成品率、缩短研制周期、降低成本的目标。Coordination manufacturing pattern of factory and institute is a management pattern in aero-enginc development, and it has a broad application prospect. This paper first reveals that the traditional manufacturing pattern of aero-engine now can't satisfy the requirements of development and production. Then it introduces the advantages of coordination manufacturing ordination manufacture of factory and institute is built pattern of factory and institute. And it also takes turbine disk as the application study object, solves the construction of forging parts problem encountered in design and manufacture, in this way, it achieves the goal to improve the rate of finished product , shorten the development cycle and reduce the cost.
