摘　　要：分析了针织物染色过程中形成的油斑、色花、色点、鸡爪痕等常见质量问题。探讨了产生的原因、预防和处理方法,为有效提高染色产品的质量提供借鉴。Some common quality problems containing oil spot, shade variation, color spot and crow feet flaw in dyeing processes were analyzed. The reasons of defect and the prevention and treatment methods were discussed and provided reference for improving the quality of dyeing products effectively.
