摘 要:针对毛衫产品族设计时模块划分界限不清晰的问题,基于模糊设计结构矩阵(FDSM),提出一种模块划分方法。首先设计组件的3种关联特征,计算关联组件的特征数量相关度和特征关系相关度,融合后得到关联组件的特征相关度,根据特征相关度构建FDSM。然后设计FDSM的模块化聚类方法,去除FDSM的主线元素和独立元素,从任一元素出发,根据其特征相关度搜索元素集中所有相关的元素,得到的集合为一个聚类,即产品的模块划分结果。实例验证表明,该方法能够对毛衫产品族设计进行有效的模块划分。In terms of the problems that the module boundaries are not clear in sweater product family design,the paper proposes a module partition method based on fuzzy design structure matrix(FDSM). Firstly, three component correlation features are designed and assigned value, the feature quantity relevancy and the feature relationship relevancy of associated components are calculated, the feature relevancy of associated components is obtained by fusing the two relevancies, and then FDSM can be constructed according to the feature relevancy. Secondly, modular clustering steps of FDSM are designed after wiping off mainline element and independent elements, starting from any element, searching all of its associated components in the element set according to feature relevancy, and then some clusters are obtained, which are the final module partition conclusion. Experimental result shows that the proposed method is able to obtain reasonable clustering module in sweater product family design.
