涤纶经编绒类产品染整加工疵点的分析及解决

摘　　要：介绍了4类涤纶经编绒类产品的染整加工工序,并指出了4类涤纶经编绒类产品染整加工过程中常见疵点的类型。对于涤纶经编起圈产品,从染色、起圈、定形等方面分析疵点产生原因及解决方法;对于涤纶经编天鹅绒产品,从绒毛开松、剪毛、预定形、染色、定形工序等方面分析疵点产生原因及解决方法;对于涤纶经编磨丽绒产品,从染色、起绒、磨毛、剪毛、定形等方面分析疵点产生原因及解决途径;对于涤纶经编双针床绒类产品,从剖幅、预定形、染色、定形、梳烫剪等方面分析疵点产生原因及解决方法。指出了科学的工艺设计和先进的技术管理是确保产品质量的关键所在。Dyeing and finishing processes of 4 kinds of polyester warp knitted velvet fabrics were introduced,and common defects in dyeing and finishing processes were pointed out. The causes and solutions of defects for polyester warp knitted pile products were analyzed form the respects of dyeing, pile raising, setting and so on; the causes and solutions of defects for polyester warp knitted velvet products were analyzed from the respects of velvet opening, shearing, presetting, dyeing, setting and so on; the causes and solutions of defects for polyester warp knitted sanding velvet products were analyzed from the respects of dyeing, raising, sanding, shearing, setting and so on; the causes and solutions of defects for polyester warp knitted two-needle bar velvet products were analyzed from the respects of scotching, presetting, dyeing, setting, carding, ironing, shearing and so on. It pointed out that scientific process design and advanced technical management were the key points of insuring product quality.
