基于协调度模型的安徽省创新驱动能力评价

摘　　要：利用安徽省2005-2014年的年鉴数据,通过构建协调度模型,从基础、投入、产出、辐射四大子系统对安徽省创新驱动能力进行了定量评价.首先运用改进熵值法确定各评价指标权重;然后利用功效函数构建创新驱动能力评价的协调度模型,对安徽省创新驱动能力协调度进行分析;最后结合评价结果进行探讨.结果表明：安徽省创新驱动能力总体基本协调,基础和辐射子系统失衡,其协调指数仅为0.433和0.403,而投入和产出子系统相对协调,协调指数为0.553和0.633.Innovation-driven ability of Anhui Province will be evaluated by coordination degree model from four aspects,namely,base,input,output and influence.This paper also makes an empirical analysis of the data from 2004 to 2013.First,the index weights is determined by using improved entropy method.Second,the coordination degree model of complex systems based on innovation-driven ability in Anhui Province is established.Finally,the calculation and analysis indicate that the innovation-driven ability degree is satisfied.The base and influence subsystem are slightly imbalanced,for the coordination indexes are 0.433 and 0.403 respectively.But the input and output subsystems are relatively balanced because the coordination indexes are 0.533 and 0.633 respectively.
