摘　　要：成人高等教育学生的思想政治教育工作作为整个成人教育课程的重要部分,对于成教工作的开展具有重要的作用.由于成人自身生活环境和学习环境都比在校学生复杂,也就使得成教学生的思想政治教育必然有别于普通学生.通过分析成人学生的特点、心理以及开展成教学生思想政治教育工作的必要性,结合目前思想政治教育的现状和存在问题,进一步探索成教学生思想政治教育的有效措施.The ideological and political education,as an important part of continuing education courses,plays an important role in the execution of continuing education,The studying and living environment of the students in contnuing education is more complex than that of the students＇ in general higher education.This makes the ideological and political education of the students in continuing education differ form that in general higher education.This paper,throuth the analysis of the psychological characteristics of students and the necessity of the ideological and polititical education of the students in continuing education,is to explore effective strategies for improving the ideological and political education of the students in continuing education.
