组织修形高频电刀对药物性牙龈增生症患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究分析组织修形高频电刀治疗对药物性牙龈增生症患者牙龈外形、牙龈指数及牙松动度的影响。方法:随机选取我院在2013年6月至2015年6月期间收治的95例药物性牙龈增生症患者为研究对象,患者在常规消炎治疗的基础上实施组织修形高频电刀治疗,观察患者术前术后的牙龈外形、牙龈指数及牙松动度的变化情况。结果:术后患者的牙龈组织修复效果良好,牙龈红肿消退,具有良好的美观效果;术后1周、3个月及6个月的复查结果显示,患者的牙龈指数及牙菌斑指数较术前有了改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后患者牙松动度无明显改变,无出血症状。治疗后牙龈炎症发生率降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:药物性牙龈增生症采用组织修形高频电刀治疗具有较好的临床效果,手术具有创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快的优势,在药物性牙龈增生治疗中具有积极的临床意义。Objective： To explore the influence on gingival appearance,gingival index and the influence of tooth mobility degree of patients with drug-induced gingival hyperplasia treated by organization modification of high frequency electric knife therapy. Methods： 95 patients with drug-induced gingival hyperplasia treated as the research objects were randomly selected in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015,under the basis of routine anti-inflammatory treatment,patients were received organizing practice high frequency electric knife treatment. The preoperative gingival appearance,gingival index and the change of tooth mobility degree were observed. Results： Postoperative gingival tissue repaired effect was good and swollen gums recede and it had a good and beautiful effect. The results of postoperative 1 week,3 months and 6 months showed that the gingival index and plaque index had improved significantly（ P〈0.05）. Postoperative patients had no significant changes in tooth mobility degree,and had no bleeding symptoms. The incidence of gum inflammation after treatment was significantly reducing,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Drug- induced gingival hyperplasia using high frequency electric knife treatment group practice has a good clinical effect. This surgery has many advantages such as： mall trauma,less bleeding,fast recovery and has a positive clinical significance for the therapy of drug-induced gingival hyperplasia.
