摘 要:将环境因素纳入TFP测度中,运用空间纠正系统GMM法实证分析发现,各层次职业教育公共投入、非公共投入与TFP均存在空间自相关,TFP存在空间溢出效应;全国和三大地区高职教育和中职教育各自公共投入与非公共投入均提高了TFP,两类职业教育非公共投入的作用均较小,高职教育两类投入对TFP的正面影响是互补的,且互补效应在东部地区更为突出,中职教育两类投入对TFP的正面影响在东部地区是前者挤出了后者,在全国和中西部地区两者是互补的,且只有西部地区两者对TFP的影响大于其高职教育相应投入;全国和三大地区初职教育两类投入均不利于TFP提高,前者负面影响较大,并且前者挤出了后者,这种挤出效应在东部地区更为突出。This paper uses the GMM method of spatial correction system by integrating the environmental factors into TFP measure, and it found that all levels of vocational education public input, non-public input and TFP have spatial auto-correlation, and TFP exists spatial spillover effects; the public input and non-public input on higher vocational education and secondary vocational education have improved TFP in the country and three regions respectively, there are smaller effects for non-public input on two kinds of vocational education, and the public and non-public input of higher vocational education on TFP are complementary, and it is more prominent in the eastern region, the former is out of the latter for positive influence on two kinds of secondary vocational education input on TFP in the eastern region, there are complementary in the country, central and western regions, and only the effect on two kinds of input on TFP is larger than the effect of corresponding input of higher vocational education in western region; and two kinds of elementary vocational education input are not conducive to improve TFP, the former is out of the latter, and it is more prominent in the eastern region.
