摘　　要：针对高职院校文化传承、培养目标和学生特点,基于学生事务服务整体解决方案,提出了建立服务理念确立与践行机制、扁平化组织架构机制、制度设计与保障机制、管理运行机制、考核评价机制和拓宽事务服务项目机制等高职院校学生事务服务整体机制。In accordance with the cultural heritage,the training objective and the characteristics of students,this paper suggests to set up a service concept and to establish a new overall mechanism of student affairs service of vocational colleges,which includes practice mechanism,flattening- organization structure mechanism,system design and safeguard mechanisms,management and running mechanisms,evaluation mechanism and service mechanism of broadened affairs.
