摘　　要：积极推动高校及科研单位与企业之间的深度合作与协同发展,是我国创建创新型国家、提升国际地位的关键。因此,有关产学研合作模式的创新研究具有理论意义并能有效指导实践。进一步探讨产学研合作创新要求,应从强化合作管理、建立信任制度、创新利益分配这三个方面入手。Actively promoting the depth of cooperation and joint development between the universities and research institutes and enterprises is the new direction to achieve China＇ s independent innovation, also the key to build an innovative country. Therefore, innovative research on the mode of industry-university-research cooperation has great theoretical significance and practical value. Further exploring innovative demands on the innovation industry-university-research mode should be started with the three aspects： strengthening cooperation management, building trust institution and innovating benefit distribution.
