摘 要:建设符合现代化管理要求的实验废弃物处理管理系统,从信息技术、规章制度、教育科研、辅助管理4方面对现有非原位处理程序进行完善,使实验废弃物的处理规范化、信息化和高效化。面对目前高校实验废弃物非原位处理难的问题,通过借鉴发达国家高校基于原位处理的实验废弃物处理管理系统的运行经验,指出实验废弃物的原位处理与非原位处理模式相结合,将成为实验废弃物处理难题的解决方向。Building experiment waste disposal management system (EWDMS)which meets the modern management requirements is very necessary.The system can improve the disposal cycle from the following four aspects:information technology,rules and regulations,education and scientific research,and auxiliary management .And the aim of EWDMS is to make experimental waste disposal standardized,informationized and more efficient. Meanwhile, colleges and universities have to face the difficulty of disposing experimental waste ex situ.After studying the in situ EWDMS in developed countries,some experience on how to manage the in situ mode could be drawn.And in situ along with exsitu disposal really can be a promising solution to our difficulty in the future.
