摘　　要：地方理工院校应在优化实验资源配置的前提下,通过构建开放实验平台和设立实验室专项基金促进实验室面向本科生开放,以培养本科创新人才。为提高实验室开放平台建设水平,应在加大实验室建设支持力度、完善实验室开放激励机制、改革本科教学计划、改革教师绩效考核方式、本科生导师制等方面深化投资与政策改革。Local technological universities need to promote laboratories opening up to undergraduates and training undergraduate innovative talents through constructing open experiment platform and establishing laboratory special fund under the premise of resource optimization. For the purpose of improving the construction level of laboratory open platform,the capital and policy guarantees are as follows：increasing support for laboratory construction,improving incentives for laboratory open,reforming the teaching plans for undergraduates,reforming the evaluation mode of teacher performance,and implementing the tutorial system for undergraduates.
