摘 要:分析了Medilux600手术无影灯电路和光路的实际板路连接,并绘制了次级稳压的电路工作原理图。通过分析次级稳压的电路原理,得到主要元部件在电路系统中发挥的作用,并详细阐述了灯泡的八级亮度可调是如何通过控制IRFP150N型场效应管的栅极电压实现的。通过分析光路,得出光照的强度取决于全反射面的材料和相角,且与穿过玻璃面的光通量有关。利用理论计算方法对次级稳压电路的转换效率进行计算,得到板路的电能消耗量随灯泡亮度的增加而增加且能量转换效率低的结论,展望了Medilux600手术无影灯未来的发展趋势。The actual printed circuit and optical path for medilux600 operating astral lamp were analyzed,and the circuit schematic diagram of the secondary regulator was drawn to determine the functions of the major components in the circuit system.The way to realize eight-class brightness adjustment of the bulb was described by controlling the grid voltage of IRFP150N field-effect transistor.Optical path analysis showed that the illumination intensity was related to the material and phase angle of the reflection surface as well as the light flux through the glass surface.The conversion efficiency of the secondary voltage stabilizing circuit was calculated,and the electric energy consumption of the circuit was proved to increase as the bulb brightness rose with low energy conversion efficiency.The developing trend of Medilux600 operating astral lamp was pointed out.
