摘　　要：文章结合企业生产实际就硫酸生产企业正常生产情况下工业硫酸产品的成本函数模型及成本控制关键因素作简要概述,就以成本函数模型为基础创新开展班组成本管理,对成本管理过程、成本管理关键因素、提高员工技能、提高管理水平和企业经济效益等做了总结。In the paper, combined with actual production is sulfuric acid production enterprise under normal production industrial sulfuric acid product cost function model and the cost control of the key factors for a brief overview, is based on the cost function model innovation team cost management, process, cost management, key factors of cost management, improve staff skills, improve the management level and enterprise economic benefits made a summary.
