摘　　要：目的：探讨不同级别胶质瘤中Caspase-8表达情况并分析与胶质瘤分级关系。方法：选我院2012-2014年经病理证实的40例人脑胶质瘤组织标本和20例正常脑组织对照标本,其中低级别胶质瘤（low-grade gliomas,LGG）24例,高级别胶质瘤（high-grade gliomas,HGG）16例。采用免疫组化法检测脑组织中Caspase-8的表达。结果：在低级别胶质瘤（Ⅰ-Ⅱ级）和高级别胶质瘤（Ⅲ-Ⅳ级）中,Caspase-8的阳性率分别为83.3%（20/24）和50.0%（8/16）。胶质瘤病理分级越高,Caspase-8的阳性率越低（χ-2=9.114,P=0.001）。胶质瘤的恶性程度与Caspase-8的表达呈负相关（γs=-0.417,P〈0.01）结论：胶质瘤细恶性程度与Caspase-8的表达呈负相关。Objective： To explore the expression of caspase-8 in human gliomo. Methods： Forty cases of human glioma patients （24 cases of low-grade human glioma and 16 cases of high-grade human glioma） and 15 normal cases in our hospital from 2012-2014 were selected randomly. Expression of caspase-8 was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results： The positive rates of caspase-8 were 83.3%（20/24） in the LGCj groups （Ⅰ-Ⅱgrade） and 50.0%（8/16） in the HGG groups （Ⅲ-Ⅳgrade） respectively.Caspase-8 positive rate was lower in the higher glioma pathology classification than the higher glioma pathology classification （X2 = 9.114, P= 0. 001）. The expression of caspase-8 was negatively correlated with the glioma grade （γs=-0.417, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Caspase-8 was negatively correlated with the glioma grade.
