摘  要:应用型本科院校以培养应用型人才为办学宗旨,这一宗旨可以激发学生和教师双方的积极性,有助于构建产、学、研三大平台。在培养产学研高素质应用型人才中要高度重视学生动手能力的作用,应用型人才更注重"用"的作用和地位,动手能力是思维和实践结合及分析问题、解决问题的具体表现。强化实践动手能力、综合分析能力、创新能力、知识运用能力和科技成果转化能力,实现人才的联合培养,提高人才培养效果,才能更加适应新时期人才需求。The goal of applied undergraduate colleges and universities is to cultivate applied talents, which can inspire the enthusiasm of the students and teachers, and help build the three platforms of production, study and research. To cultivate high-quality applied talents, great importance should be attached to the training of the students' operational ability since applied talents should pay more attention to the role and position of "use", and operational ability is the manifestation of combining thinking and practice, analyzing questions and solving problems. Strengthening practical ability, comprehensive analytical ability, innovative ability, ability to use knowledge and ability to transform scientific and technological achievements, realizing joint talent training and improving the effect of talent training can better meet the needs for talents in the new period.
