河北电大远程教育学习支持服务调查分析

摘　　要：学习支持服务是远程教育学习中不可或缺的重要元素。以学习者对河北电大远程教育学习支持服务的评价为依据,分析问题,探索进一步提高学习支持服务质量的思路和方法。分析表明,学习者对学习支持服务各个项目的评价结果存在差异;就学习支持服务要素的实效性来看,总体上呈现出比较满意的状态。河北电大必须针对学习支持服务中存在的问题,创新思路和方法,构建新型的服务模式,不断提高学习支持服务质量。Learning support service is an important element of learning in distance education.Based on the learners＇ evaluation of the learning support service of distance education in Hebei Radio and TV university,analysis and exploration is made on the problems and methods to improve the quality of learning support service.The analysis shows that there are differences in the evaluation results of each item.As a whole,the effectiveness of learning support service is satisfactory.In view of the existing problems in learning support service,Hebei Radio and TV University must bring forth new ideas and methods to construct the new-type service mode and continuously improve the quality of learning support services.
