冷光美白治疗技术对45例变色牙美白的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察及评价Beyond冷光美白治疗技术对各种类变色牙治疗的临床疗效。方法:使用Beyond冷光美白仪及套装治疗45例不同种变色牙,包括生理性变色牙、轻中度四环素牙以及氟斑牙。患者治疗前半小时口服止痛药物;治疗前、后分别用VITA16色比色板进行比色,并同时观察记录治疗中、治疗后24h和1周的患牙敏感情况。结果:Beyond冷光美白治疗的总有效率为95.6%,其中生理性变色牙的治疗效果最好,四环素牙的治疗效果最差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中仅有2例患者出现牙齿敏感的症状;治疗后24h内有15例患者出现不同程度的敏感症状,但均于术后一周内自行缓解,未见牙髓炎症状发生。结论:Beyond冷光美白治疗技术能有效地治疗轻到中度的各种类牙体变色。术前口服止痛药物对降低治疗过程中牙齿敏感的发生率有较大帮助。Objective： To observe and evaluate the clinical effects of discolored teeth whitening by using Beyond cold light whitening technique. Methods： 45 discolored teeth were bleached with Beyond cold light teeth whitening instrument. The tooth discoloration includes physiological discolored tooth,tetracycline- stained tooth,mild and moderate dental fluorosis. Analgesic medication was taken 30 minutes before whitening procedure. The tooth color was recorded with Vita shade guide before and after treatment. The sensitivity of the teeth was recorded intra operative,24 hours after and one week after operation. Results： The total effective rate was 95. 6%,with the best results on physiological discolored teeth and the worst in tetracycline teeth. There was significant difference in the efficiency between three kinds of discolored teeth. Two patients felt sensitivity during treatment; 15 patients showed tooth sensitivity to a certain extent within 24 hours after operation but the symptom relieved after 24 hours to a week. No pulp inflammation was reported. Conclusion： Beyond cold light whitening technique shows an effective method on various light and moderate discolored teeth. The use of analgesic medication decreases the incidence of intraoperative sensitivity.
