摘　　要：在当下媒介融合与高度国际化的时代语境下,学术越来越受到重视。学术期刊编辑的素养在很大程度上决定了学术期刊的质量与影响。学术期刊编辑的素养主要体现为政治思想素养、学科专业素养、人际传播素养以及高度的行业敏感。学术期刊的编辑可以通过专业学习、参加学术交流活动等多种方式增强主体意识、社会责任感以及对文化和知识的信仰,提高自己的编辑能力。In the era of media convergence and high internationalization,more and more attention has been paid to the academic.The quality and influence of academic journals are largely determined by the quality of academic journal editors.The quality of academic journal editors is mainly reflected in the political and ideological quality,disciplines literacy,interpersonal communication and a high degree of sensitivity of the industry.Editors of academic journals should enhance their subjective awareness,social responsibility,belief in culture and knowledge,and improve their editing ability through professional learning and participating in academic exchange activities.
