RegⅣ、EGFR和survivin在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究RegⅣ、EGFR与survivin在结直肠癌组织及正常黏膜内的表达并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化结合组织芯片法,检测150例结直肠癌组织及相应正常黏膜内RegⅣ、EGFR与survivin的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系及三者的相关性。结果结直肠癌组织中RegⅣ和EGFR与survivin的蛋白表达均高于与正常黏膜(P<0.05)。RegⅣ和EGFR与结直肠癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移及病理分期密切相关,survivin与结直肠癌的淋巴结转移及病理分期密切相关(P<0.01)。结直肠癌组织内RegⅣ与EGFR、RegⅣ与survivin、EGFR与survivin表达均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 RegⅣ、EGFR与survivin在结直肠癌组织内的表达均增高,提示三者共同参与了结直肠癌的发生与发展,且与结直肠癌的病理分期密切相关,联合检测有利于对结直肠癌的预后进行评估,并为研发靶向药物提供理论支持。Objective To study expressions of RegⅣ,epidermal growth factor receptor（ EGFR） and survivin in colorectal carcinoma and normal mucous tissues and to analyze their relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods Expressions of RegⅣ,EGFR and survivin in 150 cases of colorectal carcinoma and corresponding normal mucosa tissues were detected using immunohistochemistry combined with tissue microarray method,and relationship between the expression and clinicopathological feature was analyzed. The correlations among RegⅣ,EGFR and survivin were also analyzed. Results The RegⅣ,EGFR and survivin expressions in colorectal carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in normal mucosa tissues（ P〈0. 05）. RegⅣ and EGFR expressions were closely correlated with differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of colorectal carcinoma,and survivin expression was closely correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of colorectal carcinoma（ P〈0. 01）. The positive correlations were found between RegⅣand EGFR,RegⅣ and survivin,and EGFR and survivin expressions（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Up-regulated expressions of RegⅣ,EGFR and survivin can be found in colorectal carcinoma tissues,which suggests that they participate in the incidence and development of colorectal carcinoma collectively,and they are closely correlated with TNM stage. Combined detection of RegⅣ,EGFR and survivin expressions may be useful in judging prognosis of colorectal carcinoma,and in providing theoretical basis for development of targeted drugs.
