摘　　要：日本图书馆工作人员长期坚持为特殊读者(视听功能及认知功能受损群体)提供针对性服务,这些实践活动难能可贵。为了应对全民读书活动中读者多样化的社会现实,他们主动转变服务理念,创新助读计划,在专家理论的指导下,寻求社会各界的密切配合,坚持不懈,进行了各种尝试,并不断改进方式方法,取得了国际社会公认的成绩,积累了丰富的经验,为该项事业的未来打开了发展空间,为建立权利平等社会做出了贡献。Staffs of Japanese libraries engage in insisting on providing targeted services for those special readers whose audial and visual function,as well as cognitive function are impaired. These above- mentioned practices are extremely precious. To reply to the social reality on the diverse readers in reading activities,they take the initiative to change their service concepts and carry out accurate assisting reading plans. With the guidance of expert theories,they seek hard to work closely with all social sectors,perseverely make various attempts and innovations,and continuously improve methods. They eventually obtain achievements in the international society,accumulate rich experiences,open developing space for the future of the enterprise,and contribute to the society for establishing equal rights.
