基于DEA-VRS模型的我国科技型中小企业融资效率实证研究

摘　　要：融资效率低下是制约我国科技型中小企业健康发展的主要瓶颈。采用数据包络分析法对创业板和新三板中的37家科技型中小企业的融资效率进行研究,结果显示,81.08%的科技型中小企业资本报酬率和资本成本率不相匹配,融资效率总体呈低效状态。建议从公司内部治理和外部环境优化两方面改善融资环境,切实提高科技型中小企业的融资效率。The low efficiency in financing are the main bottlenecks to restrict the sound development of China＇s small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology. By using the method of date envelopment analysis,there is a study of the financing efficiency of 37 small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology in the growth enterprises market and the new third board market, whose results show that 81.08% enterprises＇ capital return ratio and capital cost rate are mismatched, and the financing efficiency presents the inefficient status as the whole. So a proposal was put forward, namely, to improve the financing environment from the internal governance and the external environment thus to promote the financing efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology.
