摘  要:以"安哥诺"李为试材,研究了不同浓度1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)处理对常温货架期间李果实品质、呼吸速率及乙烯释放速率的影响。结果表明:在1-MCP处理后"安哥诺"李仍能正常软化,并且保持较高的可溶性固形物含量;1-MCP处理推迟了"安哥诺"李乙烯释放高峰的出现时间,1 500nL·L^(-1)和2 000nL·L^(-1)处理在贮藏前27d明显抑制了呼吸速率,在贮藏期的前18d显著抑制了乙烯释放速率。试验表明,1-MCP处理后常温贮藏"安哥诺"李技术可行,具有实际应用价值。Taking ‘Angeleno'plums as test material,the effects of different concentration of 1-MCP on plum quality,respiratory rate and ethylene releasing rate during shelf-time storage at room temperature(20℃)were studied.The results showed that the plums could soften as usual after 1-MCP treatment,and keep higher SSC.The time when ethylene releasing reached at the peak was postponed by 1-MCP,of which 1500nL·L^-1 or 2000nL·L^-1 significantly decreased respiration rate before 27 days and reduced ethylene production rate before 18 days.And it indicated that room temperature storage after 1-MCP treatment was feasible and practical for‘Angeleno'plum.
