摘  要:民机具有ETOPS(Ex Tended-range OPeration S)运行能力,可以提供高水平的安全性,便于双发飞机不受限制与四发和三发飞机一样续航。研究表明,对时间有依赖性的失效场景严酷度将会在ETOPS改航情况下增加,因此,ETOPS型飞行对飞机系统的安全性提出了更高的要求。本文以某型机单发失效并发完全丧失新鲜空气ETOPS飞行为研究前提,通过数值模拟及计算分析的方法,分析座舱各因素的适航条款符合性,以此论证该失效状态影响等级定为II级的合理性。Civil aircraft which has the ETOPS (ExTended - range OPerationS) operation ability, can provide a high level of security. It showed that the failure scenario harsh degree will increase in the condition of ETOPS diverting case and it requests better safety and maintainability of aircraft system. The paper is based on a failure state in which one aircraft has ETOPS flight because of powering by one engine and losing fresh air. By means of numerical simulation and calculation analysis, the compliance of cockpit and cabin airworthiness was analyzed and the failure level rationality could be classed as II.
