摘 要:文献考证《伤寒论》经方的本原剂量,综合分析药味、加水量及煎取量、煎药时间、煎煮次数等经方煎煮工艺,选取葛根芩连汤、柴胡桂枝干姜汤、白头翁汤、理中汤、苓桂术甘汤、干姜黄芩黄连人参汤7个经方作为研究对象,分别设一两为3 g(低剂量)、9 g(中剂量)、13.8 g(高剂量)3种剂量,结合本原煎煮法对比研究其煎煮效果。结果显示,煎煮工艺影响相关物质成分的溶出,与处方的剂量也密切相关;采用本原煎煮法以一两合9 g换算经方药量时,饮片有效成分煎出率最高,药材利用度最大。因此,经方可以按当今饮片一两折合9 g在临床应用。This paper is a textual research about primitive dose of classical prescriptions in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Disease (伤寒论). Decocting technologies of classical prescriptions are analyzed comprehensively, such as herbs, water adding volume, amount of decoction obtained, decocting duration required, decocting times. Seven classical prescriptions were chosen as research object, including Gegen Qinlian Decoction (葛根芩连汤) , Chaihu Guizhi C, anfiang Decoction ( 柴胡桂枝干姜汤 ) , Baitouwen Decoction ( 白头翁汤 ) , Lizhong Decoction (理中汤 ) , Linggui Zhugan Decoction (苓桂术甘汤), Ganfiang Huangqin Huanglian Renshen Decoction (干姜黄芩黄连人参汤), etc. This research set 1 liang ( 两 ) as 3 g ( low dose), 9 g ( medium dose) and 13.8 g ( high dose ) respectively. Combined with primitive decocting method, the decoction effect were compared and researched. Results showed that decocting technologies affected the dissolution of related material composition. So did prescription dose. Adopting primitive decocting method, calculating herbs doses of classical prescriptions, when 1 liang equaling to 9 g, the decoc- ting rate of active ingredient of crude herb pieces was top and the availability of herbs was most. Therefore, classical prescriptions could be used clinically with 1 liang amounting to 9g according to present crude herb pieces.
