髋关节滑膜软骨瘤病1例并文献复习

摘　　要：髋关节滑膜软骨瘤病相对罕见,其发病具有隐藏性,且临床表现缺乏特征性,容易被漏诊或误诊.笔者报导了1例青年女性髋关节滑膜软骨瘤病患者,实施游离体及部分滑膜切除术,术后髋关节功能恢复正常,随访7个月未见复发.并复习相关文献,对滑膜软骨瘤病的临床特征、诊断与治疗进行了探讨,为髋关节滑膜软骨瘤病的临床治疗提供了依据.Hip synovial chondromatosis is relatively rare;its incidence is hidden;it is lack of characteristic clinical manifestations and easily missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis.The authors reported a ease of young women with synovial chondromatosis;the implementation of free body and part of the synovial excision,postoperative hip function recovery is normal.7 months＆#39; follow-up showed no recurrence.The clinical characteristics,diagnosis,and treatment of synovial membrane were discussed reviewing relevant literature,so as to provide some references for the clinical treatment of this disease.
