氟保护剂联合多乐氟对牙根暴露所致牙本质敏感的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 研究氟保护剂联合多乐氟治疗牙根暴露导致的牙本质敏感症状的效果.方法 选择2013年2月至2015年7月于本院接受治疗的牙根暴露导致牙本质敏感症状患者127例,178颗患牙.根据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,各89颗患牙.观察组采用氟保护剂联合多乐氟治疗,对照组单用氟保护剂,对比两组治疗前后效果、VAS值以及其他指标.结果 治疗后即刻,观察组显效率、总有效率分别为32.58％（29/89）、87.64％（78/89）,均显著高于对照组的16.85％（15/89）、74.16％（66/89）.治疗后1个月,观察组显效率、总有效率分别为52.81％（47/89）、95.51％（85/89）,均显著高于对照组的34.83％（31/89）、86.52％（77/89）;治疗前两组VAS对比无统计学差异,治疗后两组VAS均显著下降,并且治疗后即刻、治疗后1个月观察组VAS更低.两组治疗前GI、TM水平对比无统计学差异,治疗后观察组GI、TM水平均显著低于对照组.结论 氟保护剂联合多乐氟治疗牙根暴露导致的牙本质敏感症状具有非常好的效果,长期治疗安全,值得应用.Objective To explore the effect of fluor protector combined with duraphat for dentin hypersensitivity caused by root exposure.Methods 127 patients （178 teeth） with dentin hypersensitivity caused by root exposure treated at our hospital from February,2013 to July,2015 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to treatment methods,89 teeth for each group.The observation group were treated with fluor protector and duraphat and the control group fluor protector.The efficacy,VAS,and other indicators were compared between these two groups before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 32.58% （29/89） and 87.64% （78/89）,which were significantly higher than those of the control group of [16.85% （15/89） and 74.16% （66/89）].1 months after the treatment,the effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 52.81% （47/89）and 95.51% （85/89）,which were significantly higher than those of the control group [34.83% （31/89） and 86.52% （77/89）].Before the treatment,there was no statistical difference in VAS between these two groups.The VAS was lower after than before the treatment in both groups and in the observation group than in the control group after and 1 month after the treatment.There were no statistical differences in the levels of GI and TM between these two groups before the treatment.After the treatment,the levels of GI and TM were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusions Fluor protector combined with duraphat for dentin hypersensitivity caused by root exposure is quite effective and safe in long-term treatment,so it is worth being applied.
