摘　　要：随着医学影像学的迅猛发展,医学影像专业人才的继续教育已成为该学科进展的重要推动力。本文分析了当前医学影像学的发展趋势、人才队伍教育现状,旨在提出加强医学影像学继续教育人才培养模式与策略,以加强我国专业人才的培养,推动医学影像学的发展。The rapid development of medical imaging called for the strengthening of further education about medical imaging professionals. This paper explained the urgency of strengthening further education about medical imaging by studying its development modes and the status of professional personnel training, and proposed the reinforcement strategy about further education for medical imaging to promote continuous development of medical imaging subject in China.
