摘　　要：查阅国内外相关文献,总结归纳最新上市或者处于临床研究的治疗LUTS的药物情况。叙述相关药物的临床应用效果、药理作用机制、研发动态,分析治疗LUTS的药物发展方向。近年来,良性前列腺增生及下尿路症状的治疗目标不再局限于前列腺组织,一些主要针对膀胱组织的具有新作用机制的药物,也开始被用于男性LUTS的治疗。Read relevant literature, summarize the situation of listed or clinical drugs for LUTS. Describe clinical application, pharmacological mechanisms and development dynamics of related drugs, Analysis development direction of drugs lbr LUTS. The recently results indicated that treatment target of BPH and LUTS is no longer confined to the prostate tissue, many new mechanism drugs which make bladder tissue as a target are also used in the treatment of male LUTS.
