摘　　要：生物工程专业实习是培养学生应用能力、创新能力的关键环节,文章分析了现有的专业实习模式在学校、企业、学生层面上存在的问题,建议构建实践教学与计算机虚拟仿真结合、校内与校外相结合、多方位产学研合作的多元化实习模式,培养生物工程专业创新型人才。Biological engineering practice is a key link in the process of training students＇ application ability, innovation ability. The paper analyzes the problems existing mode of professional practice in schools, enterprises and existing in the students. In order to train innovative talents of biological engineering, we must construct diversified practice mode： practice teaching combine with computer virtual simulation, the internal and external, and the combination of multiple diverse practice of industry-university-institute cooperation mode.
