摘  要:以SV-48立式加工中心主轴为对象,研究了拉刀机构对主轴热变形的影响。首先,在对主轴和拉刀机构热特性理论计算阶段,使用合理的模型解决了主轴与拉刀机构之间的热传递问题;其次,使用ANSYS Workbench分别对是否考虑拉刀机构的主轴三维模型做了瞬态热—结构耦合分析;最后,分别对两次仿真得到的温度场分布和热变形结果做对比。对比结果表明,拉刀机构对主轴温度场分布和热变形都有很大的影响,在研究主轴热变形时考虑拉刀机构是有必要的。Based on the SV-48 vertical machining center spindle, the influence of broach mechanism to thermal deformation of machine tool spindle was studied. Firstly, the reasonable model was used to solve heat transfer problems between the spindle and the broach mechanism at the stage of calculating the thermal characteristics of spindle and broach mechanism; the spindle-broach mechanism and spindle-no-broach mechanism were then analyzed separately with the transient thermal- structural module of ANSYS Workbench. Finally, the analytical results of temperature field and thermal deformation were compared separately. The results showed that the brooch mechanism will have great influences on temperature field and thermal deformation of spindle. So, it is very necessary to consider the brooch mechanism in the study of spindle thermal deformation.
