摘  要:为满足操作人员对海洋平台升降控制系统的实时性和便携性要求,方便对海洋平台随时随地的监控,设计并实现了基于安卓移动终端的海洋平台嵌入式升降控制系统。该系统以安卓移动终端为上位机,PLC为下位机,上位机主要负责人机交互,下位机主要负责对海洋平台的升降过程实时控制,上位机与下位机之间通过TCP/IP协议进行通信。该系统对海洋平台进行升降控制和自动调平,并对海洋平台升降过程的实时数据监控和视频影像监控。实际运行试验表明,该系统运行稳定,操作简单,能够满足海洋平台升降控制系统的要求。In order to meet operator's requirements ofiimeliness and portability about the control system of ocean platform's jack-up equipment, to monitor the platform anytime and anywhere, an embedded control system of platform's jacking equipment is designed and realized based on the Android mobile terminal. In the system, anAndroid mobile terminal as the upper computer is respansible for human-computer interaction, and a PLC as the lower computer'cantrolis responsible for real-time control of acean platform's jacking equipment. The android terminal and PLC communicate is based on TCP/IP. The system can control the platform's jack-up and automatic levelingprocess and realize the real-time data monitoring and videomonitoring of the lifting pracess.The actual operation shows that the system is stable in operation, easy in application and canmeet the requirements about the control system of platform's jack-up equipment.
