大学生课外体育锻炼组织管理现状调查研究——以山东省普通高校为例

摘　　要：对山东省大学生课外体育锻炼组织管理现状进行调查分析,旨在为高校合理组织课外体育锻炼提供参考依据。采取问卷调查、数理统计等方法展开调查研究,对结果进行分析得出结论:1.部分高校课外体育锻炼组织管理目标不明确,不再组织常规性的课外体育锻炼;2.组织形式以自主锻炼为主,参与锻炼次数较为随意;3.体育运动场地与设施不能满足学生需求;4.高校对课外体育锻炼重视程度不够,建立课外体育锻炼组织管理机构的总体比例不高。Students in Shandong Province Extracurricular Physical Training Organization Management survey analysis,to provide reference for the rational organization of University of Extracurricular physical activity. Take the survey,methods of mathematical statistics research,analyze the results and concluded： Part 1 College Extracurricular Physical Training Organization Management goals are not clear,no longer organize regular extracurricular physical exercise; 2 organization. the main form of exercise autonomy,participation in exercise frequency and more casual; 3 sports venues and facilities can not meet the needs of students; 4. College extracurricular physical exercise is not enough emphasis,establish the overall proportion of Extracurricular Physical Exercise management organization is not high.
