中晚期食管癌患者患病内心体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中晚期食管癌患者患病的内心体验。方法 2015年4-9月,采用目的抽样法选取在汕头大学医学院肿瘤医院放疗科治疗的15例中晚期食管癌患者为研究对象,对其进行深度访谈,采用现象学分析法分析资料,整理提炼出主题。结果中晚期食管癌患者患病内心体验包括6个主题:忽视症状、恐惧、侥幸心理、病耻感、医疗费用负担过重、对疾病知识的强烈需求等。结论医护人员应重视和关注中晚期食管癌患者的内心感受,并对其进行针对性的护理与宣教,从而促进其早期就诊,提高生存率和生活质量。Objective To investigate the inner experiences of patients with advanced esophagus cancer.Methods By using purposive sampling method,15 cases were selected and had in-depth interview.Data were analyzed by phenomenology method,and themes were extracted.Results Six themes were extracted：neglect the symptoms,fear,fluky mind,shame,heavy burden from medical expenses and eager for disease related knowledge.Conclusions Medical personnel should pay attention to the feelings of patients with advanced esophageal cancer and provide them with targeted nursing and education,thus to promote early diagnosis,and improve survival rate and quality of life of the patients.
